We provide FREE Shipping on all Australian orders.
Our freight is serviced through a group of small independent logistics companies that handle our deliveries door to door. The nature & size of our product means that Australia Post & the usual postage channels are no good to us if we are wanting to provide cost-effective delivery to our customers.
For interstate orders, once you have placed your order- you will be booked in for the next delivery to your given state. Our interstate deliveries are every 3-4 weeks at the moment which we will scale out as our sales grow. We do it this way so we can capture multiple deliveries to a given state with each trip which keeps logistics low on our end and in turn enables us to provide you with a free delivery service.
For anyone local in Melbourne, Victoria; you are more than welcome to collect your Ice Tub from our Peninsula warehouse, or we can arrange freight within Melbourne which we offer every 1 to 2 weeks.
As we grow the brand & product awareness, we hope to increase the volume of interstate runs that we are able to offer so we can get your product to you in the shortest time possible.
